Israel the people abode in unbelief. Yet they can be grafted in by faith, (Rom.11:23-29). Receiving Christ Jesus, the Messiah and Saviour. Our precious Redeemer Jesus Christ whom hath bought us, redeeming us. Paying for your awful sin debt and mine with the tremendous cost of His precious blood shed upon Calvary. (John 20:30-31)
Christ Jesus our Redeemer: (“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:” I Peter 1:18-19)
Christ Jesus our Advocate: (“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:” I John 2:1)
Christ Jesus our At-One-Ment (Atonement) with God. (“And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.” Rom. 5:11) (Ex. 30:10; Lev. 4:20; 16:6)
Christ Jesus our Mediator. (“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” I Tim. 2:5-6)
Christ Jesus our Great High Priest.(“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Heb. 4:14-16) (Heb. 10:19-25)
Christ Jesus our Head. (“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.” Eph. 1:19-22)
Christ Jesus our Peace with God. (“But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;” Eph. 2:13-14)
Christ Jesus our Master and Lord. (“But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.” Matt. 23:8) (See I Cor. 6:19-20) (“For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” II Cor. 5:14-15) Amen.
